Meeting for Summer: Project Puerto Galera III and GEMPO WB

Attention TCB!!! We're pleased to announce that we will be having a welcome party for our friend Gerome, and at the same time there will a general meeting/collection of contributions for this coming summer outing (April 9-12, Maundy Thurs- Easter Sun).
